Prodex is committed to customer satisfaction and offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital products. If the product doesn't work as described, we'll refund your money, subject to review.
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if:
- Product is defective or corrupted: The downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, unreadable, or fails to open
- Product not as described: The product does not match the seller's description, preview, or advertised features
- Non-functional: The product doesn't work or function as stated (templates don't open, code doesn't compile, course links are broken, etc.)
- Download link failure: The download link doesn't work, is broken, or has been removed by the seller
- Quality issues: The product quality is significantly lower than what was advertised or promised
- Technical problems: You are unable to access or use the product due to technical issues beyond normal usage
Seller Responsibility
All sellers on Prodex are vetted and required to:
- Provide accurate product descriptions and previews
- Ensure all files are tested and functional before listing
- Maintain working download links for at least 30 days after purchase
- Respect customer refund requests for valid reasons
- Support refund processing as required by our buyer protection guarantee
How to Request a Refund
- Contact our support team with your order ID and reason for refund
- Provide any relevant details (error messages, screenshots, etc.)
- We will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours
- Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Refund Limitations
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
- Refunds cover the product price only (transaction fees and taxes are non-refundable)
- Products that have been significantly modified or heavily used beyond preview may not be eligible for full refund
- Fraudulent or abusive refund requests may be declined
