When you place an order or purchase a subscription, you are offering to buy that item at the listed price. We confirm our acceptance by providing you with access to the purchased product or activating your subscription.
Payment must be completed at the time of placing the order. We accept various secure payment methods as indicated on our website. All payments are processed through trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment details on our servers.
After completing your purchase, you will receive immediate access to download the purchased product (if downloadable) or to use it via your account dashboard. It is your responsibility to download and securely store the product (where applicable).
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a product has been delivered or downloaded, no refunds or cancellations will be provided unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All digital products are licensed for your personal or business use only as described in the product listing. Redistribution, resale, sharing, or public posting of the purchased content is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted.
Sellers on our platform may purchase subscription plans that allow them to list and sell products on Prodex. Each subscription plan is valid for a fixed period, as mentioned at the time of purchase.
Upon expiry, the seller’s account will automatically downgrade, and they may lose access to certain selling features, including the ability to upload or sell new products. Renewal is required to continue selling without interruption.
No refunds are provided for unused subscription periods, early cancellation, or failure to utilize the subscription within the validity period.
Our referral program allows users to earn rewards by referring new customers to our platform.
Referral rewards are calculated as a percentage of the purchase value made by the referred user.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without notice.
Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the referral program may result in the termination of your account and forfeiture of any earned rewards.
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Prodex or our content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from our website without our express written permission.
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.
You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to our servers.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our website after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and agreement to the modified Terms.
